Logan Airport

For specific instructions for other airports please contact a reservations agent. Due to increased airport security changes may occur without notice.

Logan Airport Arrivals (Boston):   YOU MUST CALL OUR DISPATCHER BEFORE THE TAXI IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE HOLDING AREA FOR THE TERMINAL.  THE TAXI IS ONLY PERMITTED TO STAY AT THE TERMINAL FOR TEN (10) MINUTES AND THEN HAS TO LEAVE.  Please retrieve you baggage before calling.

Terminal A: All passenger pick-ups for TERMINAL A are made on the Arrival (ground) level at the outer most curb, labeled for LIMO's.

Terminal B: All passenger pick-ups at TERMINAL B will be made on the Departure (upstairs) level curbside. Proceed upstairs to the departure level and look for the LIMO signs. For US Air, this sign will be at the far end of the terminal..  For American Airlines, the sign will be at the beginning of the terminal..

Terminal C: All passenger pick-ups for TERMINAL C are made on the Departure (upstairs) level at the outer most curb, labeled for LIMO's.

Terminal E: All passenger pick-ups for TERMINAL E are made on the Arrival (ground) level at the outer most curb, labeled for LIMO's.

South Station Amtrak:

Please meet your driver outside the station on Atlantic Avenue.

Black Falcon Pier:

We recommend that you schedule your pick up 1 hour after your docking time. Your driver will have a sign with your name on it.
